You can use various adhesives to attach a document / photo to the chipboard.


Steps

  1. Attach your document / photo to the piece of chipboard. Try and keep it parallel to one of the edges.
  2. Measure the dimensions of the puzzle
    • You will need this for the next step to create the SVG
    • For this puzzle it is 260mm x 201mm.
  3. Generate a Jigsaw SVG file - Click Here
    • For this example I configured tiles to be 8 x 6 for a total of 48 pieces
    • Remember to click Download SVG as this will be needed later
  4. Use Illustrator and create a document the desired size of the puzzle
  5. Use File -> Place function to import the SVG file into the AI document
