• markup is important
• easy editing is important
• contributor tracking us important
• I hope spelling isn’t important (but it is)

it is fun

• simple formatting makes it easy to edit
• people are more likely to use the wiki if they can fix problems
• once we have something stable ANYONE should be able to contribute to the discussion pages.
